Can I share polls on social media?

Absolutely! Every poll gets a unique shareable link that works perfectly on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram (via stories), LinkedIn, and any other platform. Paid plans also get embeddable polls you can add directly to your website.

What happens when I hit my vote limit?

Your poll will stop accepting new votes when you reach your plan's limit. Existing votes and results remain visible. You can upgrade your plan anytime to increase your vote limit, and the poll will immediately start accepting votes again.

Can voters vote multiple times?

By default, we use browser fingerprinting to prevent duplicate votes. On Business plans and above, you can enable voter authentication to require login, ensuring each person can only vote once. You can also allow multiple votes if that fits your use case.

Do you support anonymous voting?

Yes! All votes are anonymous by default - we don't collect personal information from voters. On paid plans, you can optionally enable voter identification if you need to track who voted for what.

Can I embed polls on my website?

Yes, starting with the Pro plan. You'll get an embed code you can paste into any website, blog, or newsletter. The embedded poll matches your branding and shows real-time results right on your page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice or ACH bank transfer. All transactions are secure and PCI compliant.

Can I cancel anytime?
